FAQ

Do I lose weight if I exercise?

Yes. Regular exercise is a great way to lose weight. Regular exercise can help you burn calories even when your metabolism is not high.

Do I need to drink alcohol while working out?

Consuming large quantities of alcohol can cause you to gain weight. Moderate alcohol consumption (one drink per week) can help increase endurance during training. It may also reduce fatigue and muscle aches caused by intense exercise.

How does caffeine affect my sleeping?

Caffeine has a significant impact on how fast you fall asleep and how deep you sleep. Caffeine is known to cause drowsiness. This makes falling asleep easier. But caffeine keeps you awake longer, making it harder to fall asleep again. You should not drink energy drinks or coffee right before bed.

How many hours of sleep should you get each night?

The amount of sleep that is recommended for each individual depends on their age, gender and needs. Adults require 7 to 9 hours sleep per night. Children and teenagers need 10 to 12 hours of sleep per night. As they age, however, this number falls.

Is it safe for me to exercise in cold temperatures?

Exercise outside whenever possible. You can exercise outside regardless of the weather. Also, visibility, wind speed and humidity all play a significant role. Layers of clothing will protect you from rain and wind chill if you exercise outdoors in inclement climates.

Do I need warmth before I exercise?

Warming up prior to an activity helps reduce muscle soreness. It also improves performance. You can use several methods to warm up: walking, running, jumping rope, stretching, and cycling are just a few examples. You should start slow and gradually increase your speed and intensity.
